Resolution

Hi All!

Taking into account the few mishaps, the reunion seemed to have served it's purpose by bringing everyone together!
Thank you to all of you who were there and for how gracious you all were! I hope that you all enjoyed yourselves.
We are working with the caterer to come to a resolution for the poor food situation at both events. We'll keep you posted of the outcome.

Our reunion is approaching fast! Saturday, June 7th is only 4 weeks away!

Thanks to those of you who have your registrations and funds turned in. To those of you who still plan to attend but haven't sent in your registrations/funds, please do so! The caterer is pressuring us for an accurate count.

The dress for the dinner will be business casual.

Children's Lunch Menu

Due to the high price, that the caterers wanted to charge for the children's BBQ Lunch, we decided to provide an alternate lunch for the kids (from Costco).

We'll be offering:
Sandwiches
Fruit/Veggies
Chips
Dessert (brownie or cookies)
Juice boxes and/or milk

It'll depend on what Costco has available, but this is a general menu of what will be offered for the childrens' lunch.

Invitations

Invitations have been sent out! Please let us know if you did not receive one, and we'll get one out to you ASAP. There's a few things to keep in mind in regards to the invitations...
* The price is $60 per adult which includes both catered meals: lunch (bbq) and dinner.
* The price for each child is $8 which includes a meal and supervised activities during the lunch (bbq). If your child will be not eating, then the price is $4. Please just indicate this on the registration form.

BABYSITTING UPDATE!

Unfortunately, due to the liabilities involved with having child care present during the dinner, we will not be able to offer this to you. However, if you need to make babysitting arrangements for Saturday night, please let us know by contacting one of us. There will be more information on the invitations!
